Accessibility.

Ask what participants need to follow the meeting and contribute before deciding how material will be presented. Include the joining route, the controls, the spoken discussion, and any documents in that conversation. Make a plan for each agreed requirement and identify who will carry it out. Our screen sharing and accessibility guide provides a useful starting point for preparing material that people can inspect in a suitable format.

These articles encourage organizers to rehearse the intended experience instead of treating accessibility as a single switch. Check the actual layout and communication method with the people who will use them, and allow time to resolve problems. If captions are part of the plan, use the caption review guide to define the checking process. Record what worked so future meetings can begin with an informed, repeatable preparation routine.
